Final Logistics MM24

Welcome!

First, we'd like to go over a few things:

  1. OnGrid HQ & Driver Check-in is in the Clubhouse.

  2. Opt into text message notifications Click to Opt-In

    • We use text messages to update drivers during the event.

  3. Passengers are allowed.

  4. All Minor Drivers & Minor Passengers must be approved by OnGrid before the event

    • If you are a minor and have yet to receive your minor release form, please email us ASAP!

  5. The Café is open for Breakfast & lunch on the East Side.

  6. If you’re driving 2 days, you’re still required to attend Sunday’s morning meeting.

  7. Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed by drivers or spectators before until the track goes cold.

  8. Parking - Please make sure to park with-in the assigned lines based on what type of parking you need (car/RV/camping/etc).

    • Only participants will be allowed past the West Gate. All other cars will have to park in “General Parking”.

    • Do not use more room than allocated for each driver, or parking enforcement will ask you to move.

    • Please try to line up with friends, or other drivers, in the same run group as yourself.

    • If you have a Truck, and/or Trailer, and you are not camping in your trailer with a camping pass, you must park everything in the “Truck & Trailer Parking”, located outside the front Thunderhill Gate. If you are using the trailer for camping, you must unhook it into a spot and take your truck immediately to the designated areas.

    • If your friends/family are coming to spectate/support, they are required to park in General Parking. You can drive your track car over the hill to pick them up, or they can walk over the hill into the event.

  9. Camping details:

    • Gates close 12:00am each night.

    • Camping (no hookups): $30 for one night, $50 for the weekend (per RV/Tent/Truck, etc.). Groups are responsible for a single pass, even if there are 5 people in your tent or RV.

    • Camping (with hookups): $53/night – covering the direct cost from the track for those requiring power for their RV/Camper/Truck.

    • After-Hours Drop-off: If you plan to drop off your belongings after 7 pm, an after-hours pass is mandatory. For two-day drivers, you only need a pass for Friday. Feel free to leave your items in the paddock on Saturday for the Sunday portion of the event if you are a two-day driver.

    • We are having a "best camp-site" competition. Bring your A game. The rules are simple, the best and most fun setup campsite on Saturday night wins a trophy, prizes and more!
